By booking an appointment with 306Ink Tattoo Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice — failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. All clients must be 18 years or older and provide valid government-issued identification before the tattoo process begins.
Once a tattoo session starts, all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the design prior to tattooing, and any changes must be discussed in advance. Touch-ups are available under certain conditions, which can be clarified directly with your artist.
At 306Ink Tattoo Ltd., we prioritize health and safety by adhering to strict hygiene standards, using sterile equipment and single-use needles. Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before their session. We reserve the right to refuse service if a tattoo is deemed unsafe for health reasons.
Our studio is not responsible for any complications arising from improper aftercare. Aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow them to ensure proper healing. We are also not liable for any pain, healing issues, or allergic reactions that may occur.
All tattoo designs created by our artists remain their intellectual property. Designs may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without the artist's explicit permission.
